Default Got £ to lose

About 6 months ago i lost half a stone, i weighed in at 12 stone.
But now i've managed to put it all back on with interest (12st10), i mean what am i doing. so regular winter rides are a must and a cutting back on all the bad good things that pass my lips daily.
i might even buy some weights and partake in some cross training (this does not make you angry when your working out)
With xmas coming up i have little hope

yeh i love me winter training, ive got a garmin gps bike computer thingy and i set goals on it and every time you ride it tells ya how many miles youve done and need to complete,i set my miles for 500 a month and it really helps motivate, ive got 40 left to do in 3 days to complete this month

i always av fri/sat for jumping/dh/street stuff, just started the weights but always leaves me bloody knackered and sore

i wish i had mates who were into 4x cause a day playing around doing that would keep ya real sharpe
